Delivery costs
UK & Ireland – orders of £50 and over – Free
UK & Ireland – orders under £50 – £3.50
Mainland Europe – £5.00
Rest of the world – £5.00

In most cases (subject to availability), stock will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed, and should reach you within three to four working days.

All purchases will be sent out by Royal Mail. For the safe delivery of your order, a signature may be required. It would really help if you could give a delivery address where someone will be in to receive your order. If you can’t be in at home, your work address or your neighbour’s might be a good idea.

We will always try to return to you, free of charge, any undelivered items which are initially returned to us.

For orders outside of the UK, there may be additional import charges payable on receipt.

In the unlikely event of any unforeseen delay in dispatching your order (for example, if your selection is temporarily out of stock), then Xempo Ltd will be in touch directly via phone or email to notify you.

Exchange & returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please return it to us in the original packaging, using the pre-addressed label. We will happily either exchange your order or issue a full refund.

Tax charges
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Guarantee
Any products supplied by Xempo Ltd are delivered brand new and unused. If for any reason an item reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition, or deteriorates prematurely beyond normal wear and tear in an unreasonably short time period, Xempo Ltd will happily make an exchange or refund upon receipt of the item, along with details of the product fault.
